# 是否可以設定特定部門只收到特定階段的通知？（例如：客服只收新案件通知，工務只收轉派通知）

可以。此功能需要在後台進行設定。<br>

#### 操作流程（售服系統新報修通知為例）：

1. 從PC/Web登入後台，選擇建案，前往 建案管理 > **通知信管理** 頁面。

   1. 點擊 售服 系統。
   2. 找到 員工 > \[自動]新線上報修紀錄。
   3. 點擊 畫面右上方綠色 編輯 按鈕。\

   1. 通知對象 欄位：選擇 自定義
   2. 通知部門：可以複選部門
   3. 通知員工：可以複選員工
