# 報告即時預覽/匯出
## 1. 即時預覽報告樣式
在輸出正式報告前，您可以透過預覽功能，確認圖文排版與內容是否正確。
**操作步驟**：
1. 進入系統後台並選擇目標「組別」。
2. 於列表中找到要預覽的目標戶別，點擊右側的「查看驗屋明細」按鈕進入詳細頁面。
3. 在頁面上方點擊「功能操作」選單（齒輪圖示），接著選擇「報告預覽」。
4. 系統將開啟一個新的瀏覽器分頁，顯示自動產生的建築履歷圖文預覽畫面。
5. 在預覽畫面中，您可以像操作簡報一樣進行檢視。若需查看圖片細節，直接點擊報告上的圖片即可放大；右上角也提供「全螢幕投影」功能，方便於會議或展示時使用。
## 2. 匯出報告與資料照片
確認報告內容無誤後，您可以將其匯出為指定格式，或一鍵打包所有相關照片。
**操作步驟**：
* **匯出報告（PDF 或 WEB 格式）**：
1. 在報告預覽畫面的右上角，點擊「輸出 PDF」按鈕。
2. 系統將會啟動列印對話框，您可以選擇將報告「另存為 PDF」，或是選擇其他列印選項以產生實體文件。
* **匯出完整資料照片**：
1. 回到「查看驗屋明細」的詳細頁面。
2. 再次點選上方的「功能操作」選單。
3. 選擇「匯出所有照片」，系統便會將該戶別的完整資料照片檔案打包匯出，方便您整批下載與備份。
