# 線上圖文編輯工具
使用者可直接將 PDF 轉換為圖片並進行線上編輯（包含標註、裁切與預存文字等），大幅節省將檔案下載至電腦進行繁雜編輯的時間；同時也提供圖片規格與張數的後台限制功能，以符合建築履歷報告的標準。
## 1. PDF 轉圖片匯入功能
可取代原始電腦編輯的複雜作業，直接選取 PDF 轉成圖片以便後續編輯使用。
**操作步驟**：
1. 登入系統後，於首頁選定組別（例如：市政官邸1號）進入專案。
2. 進入列表後，點擊右側的「查看驗屋明細」（眼睛圖示）。
3. 在明細列表中，點選任一「缺失照片」框，開啟照片預覽彈窗。
4. 於彈窗下方點擊「PDF轉圖片」按鈕。
5. 上傳您所需的 PDF 檔案，系統將會立即將其轉換為圖片檔並匯入。
## 2. 圖片編輯與預存文字
提供圖形繪製、圖片擷取（裁切）以及預存文字等便利功能，讓圖片標註更加直覺快速。
**操作步驟**：
1. 在缺失照片的預覽畫面上，點擊右上角的「鉛筆圖案」進入圖片編輯器。
2. 進入編輯模式後，您可以使用底部及右側工具列進行各項編輯（如加入幾何圖形、調整顏色、粗細等）。
3. 預存文字功能：
* 若需重複使用特定的說明文字，可先在畫面中新增一個文字框並輸入文字。
* 點擊文字框右上角的「儲存範本」按鈕。
* 系統會跳出「新增預存文字」彈窗，請在此輸入「群組名稱」及「預存文字內容」，確認後點擊「儲存」即可。未來即可直接套用，節省重複打字的時間。
## 3. 圖片數量與規格限制
為確保產出的建築履歷報告格式統一，系統支援依據報告要求，限制上傳圖片的長寬比例與最高張數。
**操作步驟**：
1. 進入系統後台 >「驗屋項目管理」頁面。
2. 找到目標項目後，點擊該項目的「驗屋規範」（操作欄圖示）。
3. 在彈出的「驗屋規範設定」視窗中，可直接設定：
* 照片尺寸：限制圖片的長度、寬度比例。
* 照片張數：限制該項目可上傳的圖片數量上限。
4. 設定完成後點擊「儲存」。前端人員在上傳或拍攝圖片時，便會受到此規格的限制與提醒。
