# 子帳號功能操作

子帳號功能主要用於讓同一戶別的不同使用者（例如：屋主家屬、同住者、房東/租客）能擁有獨立的客戶端網址登入帳密。 透過綁定「關聯戶別」，子帳號在客戶端網頁上執行的所有操作（如：客服報修、查看交屋進度），系統皆會自動將紀錄匯整至該實體戶別下，確保單一戶別的管理歷程完整且統一。

## 系統後台設定流程

#### 1. 進入子帳號管理介面

* **路徑**：登入系統後台，點選進入 **客戶列表**。
* 於列表中找到目標主帳號（已購戶），點擊該筆資料最右側「操作」欄位中的 **管理子帳號** 按鈕。<br>

#### 2. 新增子帳號基本資料

* 在管理子帳號視窗中，點擊右上角的 **新增子帳號 +** 綠色按鈕。<br>

* **填寫基本資料**：依序輸入子帳號使用者的姓名（例：劉宇軒）、與主帳號之關係（例：父女、房東/租客），以及聯絡電話。<br>

#### 3. 設定登入與關聯戶別

此步驟將決定該子帳號登入客戶端網頁後，其資料與哪一個實體戶別連動。<br>

* **關聯戶別**：點擊下拉選單，選擇該子帳號被授權管理的戶別（例：`松寓所A1-01`）。<br>
* **帳號與密碼**：系統會自動將上方填寫的「聯絡電話」帶入作為預設的 App 登入帳號與密碼，管理者也可視需求手動修改。<br>
* **備註**（選填）：可記錄額外的管理資訊。<br>
* 確認資訊無誤後，點擊右下角的 **新增** 綠色按鈕，即完成子帳號建立。<br>

#### 4. 子帳號清單管理

建立完成後，資料會顯示於該客戶的子帳號管理列表中。<br>

* **修改**：點擊右側的 **鉛筆圖示** 可隨時編輯登入資訊或更改關聯戶別。
* **註銷**：若該名使用者不再需要登入權限，點擊 **垃圾桶圖示** 即可刪除該子帳號。<br>

## 客戶端網頁呈現與應用

當完成上述後台設定後，子帳號使用者即可開啟客戶端網址並登入：<br>

1. **資訊核對**：登入後，App 首頁上方會明確顯示該子帳號的 姓名（例：您好，劉宇軒）以及所綁定的 關聯戶別名稱。
2. **連動操作**：使用者點擊客服報修或其他客變服務時，系統會自動帶入該關聯戶別的資訊。物管與客服端收到報修單時，聯絡人資訊可以看到該子帳號姓名、電話供後續報修確認。
